Nobu Hata, e-PRO
Nobu Hata is an instructor and sales associate for Edina Realty in Minneapolis, and is a founding member of the Minneapolis YPN group, the YoPros, which was the first YPN chapter established in the country. An industry veteran since 1996, Hata strives to make the real estate buying and selling "experience" better for his clients, and to make the new and old schools of real estate "play nice" at the association and national level through involvement, education and instruction. A new media and tech geek, Hata was a 2010 Minnesota and Minneapolis REALTOR® of the Year nominee, serves on NAR's Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity and Communications Committee and is an active YPN Lounge blogger.
Rob Mehta, ABR, CIPS

Rob Mehta is a native of the Twin Cities and has been in the real estate industry since 1997. He is currently sales manager for Coldwell Banker Burnet just outside of Minneapolis. Prior to joining the Coldwell Banker organization, Mehta was the founder and owner of RE/MAX Real Estate Group and spent a decade with the RE/MAX organization in both sales and management. He was also involved in the co-founding of a real estate company in Bangkok, Thailand in 2006. Mehta is a is a graduate of the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS® Compass Academy and of the National Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy. He has served as a continuing education instructor for the National Association of REALTORS®, the Minnesota Association of REALTORS®, the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS®, and Blue University at Coldwell Banker. Rob previously served as president of the Minnesota Association of REALTORS®, and is currently chair of MAR's Government Affairs Committee. He serves on NAR's Board of Directors and on the CIPS Advisory and Risk Management Committees, and is the President’s Liaison to Technology and Business Issues.

Brian Copeland consistently sells in the top 1 percent of his Nashville market where he was the 2005 Rookie of the Year. He founded and leads REBarcamp Nashville, and was named the 2010 NAR Technology Spotlight Advocate Award winner. Copeland is a Golden R President’s Circle RPAC contributor and serves as his local RPAC chair. Additionally, Copeland is on Tennessee’s Governmental Affairs Committee as well as NAR’s Cultural Diversity Committee. He has worked on NAR’s Professional Standards committee and the Federal Technology Issues Advisory. He’s on the Executive Committee for the Council of Residential Specialists and is the emcee of their national convention, Sell-a-bration. Copeland is a nationally recognized blogger and speaks at over 40 national and state conferences each year from Hawaii to Nova Scotia. On the YPN front, Copeland as helped form four Tennessee YPN chapters and continues to serve on his local advisory. He’s appeared on multiple HGTV and TLC series and serves as a real estate news commentator.

Spring Bengtzen is branch broker for Keller Williams in Eden, Utah, where she has distinguished herself as the go-to expert in the resort and second home market in Northern Utah. Bengtzen has an extensive background in new construction, development and marketing of master plan communities. Bengtzen showed initiative and a strong work ethic from the very beginning of her career as a real estate professional. As part of a team and as an individual, she has sold more than $100 million in real estate properties in her seven-year career. Bengtzen attributes part of her success to treating her clients like friends and family members. These qualities and accomplishments are the things that made it possible for her to be recognized as one of REALTOR® Magazines 30 under 30 class of 2010. She is a Sterling R – RPAC contributor and is the co-founder of her local YPN network.

Matt Case is a 14-year veteran of the real estate industry and has served local, state and national associations in various roles. Case co-founded the YPN Michigan network and is a member of the NAR Leadership Academy class of 2011. He is passionate about the development of the next generation of great REALTORS®. As vice president of Business Development for Coldwell Banker Schmidt, Case leads recruiting efforts for the third largest Coldwell Banker Affiliate in the nation. Case loves technology, leverages the power of social networks, and is taller in real life.

Tiffany Curry is a multi-million-dollar producing, first-generation REALTOR® who specializes in corporate relocation and residential home sales. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and has studied graduate-level broadcasting and journalism. Curry serves on the Houston Association of REALTORS®’ (HAR) Board of Directors, and chaired the Nextgen REALTOR® YPN Group (2010 YPN Chapter of the Year). She has been featured in the Houston Business Journal multiple times and was also recently selected as one of HAR's 2010 NRG "20 under 40 Rising Stars in Real Estate." Tiffany has served on the 2009 and 2010 HAR TREPAC Advisory Group where in 2010, over $600,000 in member contributions were raised in support of TREPAC/RPAC. In her spare time, Tiffany assists under privileged youth learning to prepare for life after high school using what she learned in college as VP of public relations for Toastmasters International. She has served on the Texas Association of REALTORS® Board of Director.

Her blog about Loudoun County, LoCoMusings.com, has garnered her national acclaim and generated 75 percent of her business in the last four years. Elias is a sought after presenter and has spoken at numerous conferences across the country, including Inman Connect, NAR's Annual Conference & Expo and Midyear conferences, Real Estate Tech South, and BlogWorld. In addition to the YPN Advisory Committee, Elias serves on NAR's Membership Policy and Board Jurisdiction and Communications Committees, and chairs the Virginia Association of REALTORS®' Information Management Committee. Outside of real estate, Elias is mom to four amazing children, and coaches her oldest daughter's travel softball team.

In 2002, Lorieal Green received an MBA with a concentration in sales and marketing. By the end of 2004, Lorieal's first year in real estate, she was awarded Rookie of the Year. Green lead her office for two consecutive years as the top producing individual agent and was the eighth highest producing agent in metropolitan Atlanta with Coldwell Banker. In 2007, she obtained a broker license in the state of Georgia and was honored by REALTOR® Magazine as a 30 Under 30. In 2009, Green affiliated with Keller Williams and is a member of the Associate Leadership Council (A.L.C.). She is a life member of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® Million Dollar Club and served as a director of the Atlanta Board in 2011. Bobbi Howe is a second-generation REALTOR® who first started helping her mother sell real estate when she was 8 years old. Howe officially received her real estate license when she turned 18 and even spent time working as an escrow agent for a title insurance company before coming back to real estate full time. Howe is the vice presidentpresident-elect of the St Joseph (Mo.) Regional Association of REALTORS®, chair of the Missouri Association of REALTORS® CENTER Committee, and is serving on the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) Trends Assessment Team. He graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in finance and real estate in 1999. Since joining the business, he has served as president of the Longmont Association of REALTORS®, director for the Colorado Association of REALTORS® (seven years), Northeast District Vice President for CAR, co-founder and chairperson of the CYPN Young Professionals Network, and chair of the Longmont Area Economic Council. Lauren Mitrick grew up in Chicago in a real estate family and started her career leasing residential units over seven years ago. Today, Mitrick specializes in residential and commercial sales, as well as leasing. In 2010, Mitrick was selected as one of REALTOR® Magazine’s 30 Under 30 from young professionals across the country. Chicago Agent Magazine named Mitrick as one of their "Who's Who in Chicago Real Estate" in 2008 and again in 2010. Lauren was the youngest president to serve the Chicago chapter of the Women's Council of REALTORS® in 2009, and under her direction, the chapter received the Silver Excellence Award. She continues to serve the real estate community by volunteering on numerous committees for the Chicago Association of REALTORS® and joined their board of directors in the fall of 2010. Mitrick has earned her ABR, CNE, and ADPR designations and holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Illinois where she graduated with honors and distinction.

Matt Phipps is a fourth generation real estate practitioner from Providence, Rhode Island. Licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, Matt was recognized as one of REALTOR® Magazine's 30 Under 30 in 2008. He was appointed the chair of NAR’s Communications Committee in 2009 and had also served as a member of Research, Equal Opportunity/Cultural Diversity, and Strategic Planning committees. Phipps co-founded the RI YPN group and has been a national YPN member since its inception. After earning a degree in journalism from American University in Washington, D.C., he applied his media knowledge and skills as the creator/producer/host of Providence’s ABC6/RI News Channels’ “Real Estate Minute,” and is the producer/creator of Fox Providence/The Rhode Show’s “House Talk.” He has been featured or quoted in several local and national publications including The Washington Post, The Real Deal (NYC), USA Today, Real Estate Times, The Providence Journal. Taking lessons from a decade of experience, Phipps has spent the last few years earning his stripes as a local teacher, creating courses for Rhode Island Association of REALTORS®, and serving as a national speaker (Orlando, Las Vegas, New Orleans, Chicago).

He was also chosen to be part of the 2010-11 Leadership Omaha class.
