By the time the property closed, she already had referred him to two other professors who then referred him to two more professors. By the time he had graduated, he had a solid career in real estate. Fast forward 12 years and more than 1,000 homes later, Parcell has been inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and received a RE/MAX Lifetime achievement award. He also finished No. 1 in Utah for RE/MAX for closed transactions in 2007. He's the 2009 first vice president of the Utah Association of REALTORS® and a member of the 2009 NAR Leadership Academy. Phipps is a fourth generation REALTOR® from a new generation of REALTORS®. As a spendthrift proponent of efficiency and do-it-yourself, Phipps independently markets his listings and services. Phipps believes there can be simple yet modern living. By virtue of practice what you preach, he multitasks with a vegetable garden at home, computer by his side and cell on his person. Phipps feels called to work in housing, a basic human need, because the industry values care distinctly from other sales positions. He hopes that for the future we will work toward wider distribution of wealth, greater concern for the environment and a more communal struggle toward happiness. Verdant, with a mere four years of experience, Phipps strives to service the real estate needs of home buyers, sellers, lessors and tenants in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
