New Membership Kit on Its Way
The 2009–2010 Member Kit will be arriving in your mailbox in June, complete with an updated Member Reference Guide that spells out all the benefits you get from being part of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.
Your personalized kit also includes your 2009 membership card, which serves as proof to clients and prospects that you are a REALTOR® and provides easy access to your NRDS number.
When you open the Guide, you’ll see the "Top 10 Benefits of Membership,” with tips on how to gain specialized expertise and expand your client base, steps you can take to implement NAR’s technology resources, and hundreds of products and special offers from REALTOR Benefits® program partners.
Among other contents: a snapshot of NAR’s legislative efforts in Washington, D.C., and a rundown of recent victories such as the $8,000 first-time buyer tax credit and the bill that permanently bans banking conglomerates from entering the real estate business. You’ll also get information on new initiatives, including NAR’s Green designation, the REALTORS® Federal Credit Union, and REALTORS® Core Health Insurance.
