NAR Forms Large Brokers Advisory Council

The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® elected Leadership Team has established an advisory council made up of large brokerage companies throughout the country.

The council formalizes a relationship between NAR officers and owners of large real estate brokerage companies that started in 1996, when the officers and owners met six times. Starting this year, the council will meet three times annually and will provide input to the Leadership Team on association issues, says NAR President Russ Booth.

He says the council reflects NAR's desire to adapt to the changes in the industry and better serve its membership.
