Trend Report: Buyers Expect Amenities With Rural Living

Buyers today want to live in a rural area, but not without the convenience of the suburbs

We see a lot of interest in rural homes, but many buyers hesitate because of the lack of conveniently located shopping, entertainment, and medical facilities. We find that there has to be a blend of development in a rural area to draw people. Buyers think they want only fresh air and trees, but they actually expect more than that.
