Home Owner Offers Bentley to Buyer Agent

A Fairfield, Conn., home owner and his real estate professional wanted to generate more foot traffic for a multi-million dollar property so they decided to add a big incentive for the agent who lands them a buyer: A 2007 Bentley Convertible GTC.

It was the home owner’s idea to include his Bentley, valued at $85,000, as incentive on the sale. The buyer’s agent will also receive a commission on the sale.

“The idea was to get some traffic because if you get traffic you’re going to find the one buyer that you need,” home owner David Chaifetz told News 12 Connecticut.

Real estate professional Todd Miller with the Higgins Group is representing the home owner in the sale. The Higgins Group produced a video showing off the features of the 6,740-square-home and its grounds, which is listed at about $2.3 million.
