Meet REALTOR® University's First MRE Graduates

Seven REALTORS® have paved the way for REALTOR® University's Master of Real Estate (MRE) program, becoming the first class of graduates.

Credit for 12 courses and a final research project, as well as a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, were required to receive an MRE degree. The graduates' research projects — known as a Capstone project — explored an original topic in the real estate industry and made a contribution to the field of academic and professional real estate.

The MRE program offers concentrations in five areas: real estate association management; real estate asset and property management; residential real estate sales, marketing and management; real estate appraisal and valuation services; and commercial real estate investment and analysis.

The commencement ceremony honoring the graduates will take place on May 16 from 1:30-3:30 p.m. in the Blue Room at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, D.C. NAR CEO and REALTOR® University President Dale Stinton will deliver the commencement speech.
