REALTOR® Mag Launches New Webpage for Your Stories

A new section at REALTOR® Mag Online offers real estate professionals an area to swap stories and share best practices about building their presence both in their communities and online.

First Person” is a place to read about how you and your colleagues face the challenges of the real estate industry, hear success stories, and learn more about the results of the community involvement of your peers.

The new page features a number of different types of stories. Here’s a sampling of what you’ll find:

  • Street Cred: This is a year-long project organized by REALTOR® Magazine and Doorsteps to demonstrate REALTORS®’ role as excellent community ambassadors. Through Street Cred stories, you can share how you’re using video, blogs, social media, and other tools to establish your market expertise and show why your market is a great place to live, work, and play.
  • Power of R: REALTORS® are also incredible advocates for their communities and for property owners. They come together in times of crisis and work tirelessly to support the rights and benefits of property ownership.
  • In the Trenches: You swap crazy real estate stories with colleagues all the time, and now you can read them all online in REALTOR® Mag’s In the Trenches series.
  • How I Sold It: Did you recently sell a challenging listing? We want to hear about it!
  • My First Year: The first year in business is often the hardest. Get inspiration by reading about other real estate practitioners’ first twelve months.

Read these stories and learn how you can contact us with your own stories of life as a real estate pro at REALTOR® Mag Online’s First Person page.
