'Swiss Army Knife' of Real Estate Apps?

Tech firm Blueroof360's blueQub is being hailed as the "Swiss army knife" of real estate apps. Hitting the market in September, the productivity tool, which features a synchronized desktop client, is intended to serve as a one-stop utility app for agents in the field.

Blueroof360 President Greg Tracy calls the app "intuitive" and stresses that it was developed by REALTORS® for REALTORS®. BlueQub features an integrated mapping tool that lets agents share routes with clients and track mileage; a lead management module that integrates leads from Zillow, Trulia, and realtor.com®; contact management; Internet Data Exchange search; file sharing; and a transaction dashboard.

Moreover, it facilitates client collaboration by making appraisals, inspection reports, prequalification documents, and other forms accessible via mobile devices or desktop browsers. It also allows clients to search properties, share photos, and leave notes. Group pricing will be available, and individual agents will pay $29 per month to use the service.
