Long & Foster Offers Web Site for Each Listing

Long & Foster Real Estate announced that it plans to give each home listed by its agents a single-property web site, in an effort to enhance digital marketing efforts. The web site will be created automatically for each Long & Foster listing at no extra charge to listing agents or sellers.

The Your.Home web sites will help increase online visibility of the brokerage’s listings and boost the properties' search engine optimization, the brokerage says. Each single property site will have the listing’s street address in its URL.

The web sites will include a photo gallery, which will allow users to rate the images, as well as the ability to access virtual tours, download and print property brochures, and access a Neighborhood Navigator tool to find information and details about the listing’s neighborhood and community. The listing agent’s bio and contact information for scheduling a showing will also appear at each web site.

“Over 60 million property searches are conducted on Long & Foster’s web site each year,” says Michael Koval, chief information officer for The Long & Foster Cos. “Your.Home takes the company’s digital marketing to a whole new level by giving today’s Internet-savvy consumers an easy way to access property information and to shop for homes.”
