He is a serial entrepreneur who has started not only a real estate company and ancillary businesses but also Hercules Networks, a company that manufactures charging machines for mobile devices.
King started his real estate brokerage in 2006 after graduating from Carnegie Mellon University and proceeded to watch as "the world of fast deals and exorbitant prices was crumbling." King has seen a turnaround in his market in the last 18 months and says he’s intent on expansion. Over the next five years, he hopes to add 10 new locations and boost his sales force to 200 from 41. King contributes to his North Miami Beach community by coaching youth basketball, football, and soccer. His advice: Create an office culture that’s "helpful, positive, active, and involved."
