"People work so much harder than they need to," says Barrick. To juggle her duties as a mom of two and sales professional, she maintains a strict 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. work day. (It doesn’t hurt that she’s a former fitness trainer.) She stays accountable to her real estate goals with help from coach Tom Ferry. Barrick is an HGTV alum, having appeared on "House Hunters" with "two very cool clients." With her husband, she also serves an organization that brings attention to the scourge of human trafficking. Her advice: Discipline equals freedom.
