I motivate the agents in my office to generate business by encouraging them to connect with all of their contacts, including family, friends, and past clients. Every day, I hold a training session in my office to help agents better understand contract writing and review, buyer and listing presentations, best practices for client follow-up, and the use of social media. It’s important to always refine your skill set. There is always something new to learn. I try to lead by example, too, and break the ice for new clients by doing the client presentation with the agent or making a client follow-up call first.
