Our mindset is based on not waiting around for the business to come to us. We do pay for some online ads, but that is a very small percentage of our overall business. We want to be active in the marketplace, and that consists of door-knocking, cold calls, and open houses. Instead of spending thousands of dollars on paid leads and marketing, I am using the best free prospecting device ever created: the telephone.
