I often hear from loan officers, office managers, and clients that members of our team are like no other real estate professionals; we take marketing and customer service to the next level. For examples, we take aerial photos and provide Matterport 3D tours of our listings. We’ve also started using BombBomb to send a Team Edelstein video to people who request additional information. Leading up to the initial appointment with potential new clients, we send daily communications that include video testimonials from some of our “clients for life.” I created a booklet titled “How We Market Homes Like Yours.” It’s a summary of our listing strategy and what differentiates us. The booklet is sent to expired or cancelled listings and to our geographical farm area.
