I call myself a real estate nerd because I love providing vigorously researched, customized advice for our buyers and sellers. For example, I create tailored, annotated reports that show property maps layered with local amenities like dog parks or coffee shops along with potential commuting options and times. I also track our high volume of leads using a customized CRM system, Wufoo online forms, and automated SMS [text] and email campaigns. I built most of our systems from scratch. These tools help us discover which leads are most serious and ready to work with us.
