It is often talked about that millennials just want a quick answer and quick results, but I have actually found the exact opposite when it comes to purchasing their home. They want an advocate who will work with them through the process, and coach them along the way. They want an agent who will meet face-to-face with them and talk about what they can expect. They do not want that information in a text message. Now that I have switched over to the management side, I am really focused on getting young people in the business. I use my story as an example that they can be successful and have personal wealth in the first two years if they work hard and have a plan in place.
