“I don't pay too much attention to ‘how the market is doing’ because I am not waiting for the market to change for me. I am changing as the market changes and doing whatever it takes to get the client what they need. For example, I let a client live with me (rent free) for two months until we located and closed on his new home. I didn't think twice about it. In order to get a listing sold, the buyers required the windows replaced and electrical work redone. My seller didn't have the money so I paid $11,000 for the work to be done and was paid back at closing. I truly go above & beyond.”
