"I started TAG (The Anderson Group) Realty Advisors as an agent with only two years' experience. By the end of 2009, I grew it to a 13-person team. In December, I sold my company and intellectual property to Halo Group Realty and came on board as the youngest vice president of one of their entities at 27.
