"In 2008, I got burned out from working so hard in what had become a very difficult market. To overcome this, I decided to quit focusing on my own problems and give back a lot more to my community. I took four months off in each of the past two years to volunteer coach a local high school baseball team. Seeing the influence that I could have in their lives motivated me and helped me remember why being in real estate is such a great thing. It also helped make 2010 my best year to date."
