"When I moved to Florida, I lived in an empty apartment without hot water or even a fork to eat my dinner. My reserves were dry within a couple of months. I stayed tough and lived off of my credit cards to make ends meet—not the smartest move, but I knew that I would make it. When I closed my first transaction, I had over $10,000 in credit card debt. I overcame that challenge by working hard and believing in myself so much that I didn't even get a part time job. I always believed that you either give it your all or quit, and I'm not a quitter."
