"I was born in Taipei, Taiwan, and my family immigrated to the United States when I was 3 years old. I learned how to speak Mandarin Chinese while I learned how to read and write English, making me truly bilingual. One thing my parents always emphasized was the importance of hard work. I have diligently applied this work ethic from the first day in the business. I was always willing to go door-to-door in my neighborhood to pass out flyers, work 14 hours straight to prepare for multiple listing presentations, or stay up late to finish labeling postcards."
